First Time Users

If you are a first-time user, you must create an account to access the e-Learning content.

Access the Portal

Navigate to the CEMASTEA e-Learning Portal using your web browser. The main page shows a banner that includes a "Login/Register" link.

Go to Login

Click the "Login/Register" link at the top right of the homepage.

Create New Account

On the login page, click the "Create new account" button to begin the registration process.

Fill in Details

Enter your desired Username and a Password.

Password Requirement: Ensure your password is strong, mixed with lowercase letters, uppercase letters, characters (e.g., @), and numbers. For example, if your initial password was mary20, you can use M@ry20.

Submit and Confirm

Once all required fields are filled, click the Submit button. You must then check the Inbox/Spam folder of the email address used during registration for a confirmation link to activate your account.

Returning Users

If you already have an active and confirmed account, follow these steps to access your dashboard.

Access the Login Page

Click the "Login/Register" link on the homepage banner.

Enter Credentials

Input your registered Username and Password in the designated fields.

Log In

Click the "Log in" button to access your personalized Dashboard.

Accessing & Enrolling

After successfully logging in, you will be directed to your Dashboard where you can find and enroll in courses.

Find Trainings

On the top menu bar, click on "Our Trainings".

Select Category

A dropdown menu will appear showing various training categories. Click on the category relevant to you (e.g., ICT or STEM).

Select Course

You will see a list of available courses within that category. Click on the specific course title.

Find Enrollment Key

On the course page, look for the "Self enrolment (Student)" section. You will need an Enrollment key.

Note: This key is provided by your facilitator to enroll you in the course.

Complete Enrollment

Key in the Enrollment Key in the designated field and click the "Enrol me" button.

Starting the Course Content

Once you have enrolled, you will gain full access to the course outline and materials.

1. View Units

The course content is logically divided into sequential modules (e.g., Unit 1, Unit 2).

2. Access Content

Tap on the respective Units to access the reading materials, videos, and assignments provided.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I access the next section of the course?
The course may have Activity Completion requirements set. Ensure you have viewed the previous videos, submitted the required assignments, or scored the minimum required grade on a quiz before the next section unlocks.
How do I submit my Portfolio/Lesson Study Report?
Locate the Assignment Activity icon within the course section. Click on it, then use the 'Add Submission' button to upload your document. PDF or Word formats are highly recommended.
